London Eye, England

Those who want to see the view of London clearly, they can visit the London Eye at England. This London Eye is a giant Ferris Wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames of London....


It was built as part of London's millennium celebration. This was designed by the architectural team of husband and wife, David Marks and Julia Barfield. It took more than a year and half to complete. Over 1700 tonnes of steel were used for the structure and more than 3000 tonnes of concrete were used for the foundations.


The futuristic looking capsules, each egg-shaped capsule is 8 meters long and weight 500kg. The 25 meters (82 ft) long spindle was built in the Czech Republic. The rim has a diameter of 122m (400ft), about 200 times the size of a bicycle wheel. 80 Spokes connect the rim with the spindle.

 From the top of London Eye, the tourists can 
have the chance to see the view of beautiful London on the top place. The observation wheel turns slow enough for people to embark while it is moving. A complete turn takes about 30 minutes. The passengers can have a great 360 view over London. Many famous landmarks are clearly visible, including Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral and the houses of Parliament. On a clear day, you can see as far as 40 km
 (25 miles)....

Crystal Cave of Giant, Mexico

For those the tourists that like the outdoor and challenging, they can visit at the Crystal Cave at Mexico. This is one of the most extreme places on the planet.

It lies almost 300 meters(900 feet) below the surface of the Earth and it contains the largest crystal known in the world, by far. The largest crystal are over 11 meters long (36 feet) and weight 55 ton. This crystal is made of selenite which is crystallized gypsum , the same material used in drywall construction.


It is as dangerous as it is beautiful. Entering the cave without special protective suits can be fatal in 15 minutes......
                                             

 When the call comes over the radio to get out. It is time to go...........
The air temperature is 50C with a relative humidity of over 90% making the air feel like an unbearable 105C. 
The tourists need to wear a special cooling suit with chilling packs inside and a specialized backpack respirator. This suit consists of several layers of protection. This suit will extend to stay in the cave but it is up to the individual to recognize when you have been exposed too long, 30-50 minutes is the maximum but it also depend on the individual.



Actually going inside, wearing the suits and exploring the cave was a dream come true. It is such a spectacular place, like setting foot an a new planet..........................

Candi Borobudur, Yogjakarta

Candi Borobudur is the memorial  historical monument in Indonesia. This place is one of the greatest places in the world. The monument is located in the Kedu Valley, in the southern part of Central Java, at the centre of the island of Java, Indonesia.



Candi Borobudur temple is the largest Buddhist monument in the world. This place was built in the of King Samaratungga, one of the kings of Old Mataram Kingdom, the descendant of Sailendra dynasty in 824. This mean this temple was built 300 years before Angkor Wat in Cambodia and 400 years before the great cathedrals of Europe.



This is the view from the top of Candi Borobudur. The name of Borobudur as some people say means a mountain having terraces (budhara), while other says that Borobudur means monastery on the high place.


And this the view around the top of the Borobudur. It was built in three tiers, a pyramidal base with five concentric square terraces, the trunk of a cone with three circular platforms and at the top a monumental stupa.


The walls and balustrades are decorated with fine low reliefs, covering a total surface area of 2,500 m. Around the circular platforms are 72 openwork stupas, each containing a statue of the Buddha. And now this memorable and amazing place was recorded the higher visitors there. From this top, you can see the view around the Borobudur.... 









Tembok Besar China

Great Wall of China also known as the Great Wall Along. This Wall is the longest building ever built by human is located in the people's of China.


Its length is 6400 kilometers that is from area Sanhai Pass in the east to Lop Nur in the west and the height of 8 meters in order to prevent the incursion of North Mongoldari at that time. The width of the top 5 m, while the bottom width of 8 m. Every 180-270 m made a kind of watchtower and the highest watchtower is 11-12 m.

 It takes hundreds of years to build this memorial Great Wall because it still continues build in various emperors. The Great Wall was built with big stones inserted in the soil and rock fragments. Height of approximately 10 meters and a width of approximately 5 meters. Thus, it is very easy to maneuver troops and transporting food and weapons. On the side of the wall was built doors and stairs to climb down.

                                           

This Great Wall also known as the world's longest grave because there were many deaths in construction this wall. A hard earned sweat and blood soaked and impregnated wit the Chinese people in ancient times. How heavy  construction projects on the ancient Great Wall that is still low earning power is hard to imagine.

                      

And today this place has became on of the famous and attraction place in the world. Many tourists will visit this amazing place if came to China. It hard to imagine how this Great Wall can exist in the world and became proud of Chinese today....

Eiffel Tower,Paris



Most of the tourist like to go vacation in Paris because Paris is called 'The City of Love'. Paris is located in
the North-central part of France. The most favorite place in Paris is Eiffel Tower.



Eiffel Tower is located on the Champ de Mars in Paris and was built by Engineer Gustave Eiffel. This tower stands 324 meters, 1063 tall, about the same height as an 81 storey building. This tower has three levels for visitor. The third level observatory's upper platform is at 279.11m. The highest accessible to the public in the European Union. This is the daylight view. Most of the tourist like to do their own activities around this tower. 



And this is the beautiful view at night. Most of the visitor likes to spend their time and willing to wait until night only to see the this wonderful view from this tower. At night, there are a lot of light adorn the Eiffel Tower. Many tourists take the opportunity to enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower at night and don't miss out on the photo identification to pick the memories.


It just about that time again when France celebrates French National Day or it called also Bastille Day on July 14th. This celebration for the birth of the French Republic and modern France. Bastille Day feature patriotic events, parades and one of the most outstanding fireworks displays you 'll ever seen. Eiffel Tower are illuminated with the colouful fireworks and that is very wonderful.
